Riesling natural wine from Slovenia

The pressed grapes remain on the skins, including the stems, for 18 hours to extract pronounced tannins. After pressing, the juice ferments spontaneously in used wooden barrels (300 litres), where it matures for about a year. Vino Gross even embraces biological acid reduction, which is extremely unusual for a Riesling.

Tropical fruit and smoky spice on the nose. Honeydew melon and kumquat. Straightforward and delightfully juicy on the palate. The fine acidity makes it light

and easy to drink. Peach fruit and a hint of extract sweetness. Carried by a salty, chalky body. Long and vibrant finish. Maturity potential!
