The grapes for the red wine are carefully harvested by hand in September. After fermentation and biological deacidification, the wine ages partly in large oak barrels, partly in stainless steel barrels, where it preserves its fruity character and freshness.

As usual with Refosk, its color is an intense ruby ​​red, almost violet.
On the nose, the fruity bouquet is reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries and ripe sour cherries and combines wonderfully with a delicate, ripe wood aroma.
The Refosk has a full, smooth taste, pleasantly cheerful with a fruity, pleasant acidity. A beautiful, elegant wine that finishes with a fruity finish in which sour cherries and pleasant tannins come into their own.

For us a perfect red wine for the summer months. You can also try it chilled on a hot day. A refreshing and invigorating experience!
