Modern, young, dynamic – this is the focus of the Mont Mes range from the Castelfeder winery. The Pinot Grigio also follows this philosophy. The grapes are gently hand-harvested, with fermentation and ageing taking place in stainless steel. This results in an expressive Pinot Grigio with fruity notes.

In the glass, it has a very inviting, bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose, there are aromas of pears and ripe apples, accompanied by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, this South Tyrolean white wine is harmonious, dry yet full-bodied. It has a very rounded finish with pleasant acidity, which lends it its freshness.
