Perfect for barbecues – Refosk Rosé – a real rarity from Slovenia

Only a few wineries in Istria produce this light rosé version of the otherwise deep dark and indigenous Refosk grape variety from the northern Adriatic, which has been known for over 2,000 years.

To preserve its fruitiness and freshness, Rosé Refosk is vinified in the classic white wine style.

In the glass, it has a sparkling light pink colour with cherry red nuances. We can already sense the fruitiness. The nose reveals beautiful notes of raspberries, cherries, strawberries and other red fruits.

Its exceptionally fresh character makes this wine very easy to drink. On the palate, there are many delicate aromas of fresh berries, red fruits, especially raspberries, cherries and red currants.

Our summer rosé par excellence. Whether for barbecues, garden parties with friends or a cosy evening after work, this rosé always cuts a fine figure.
