Softness and richness come together

Shiraz, a grape variety grown worldwide, also produces great wines in Slovenian Istria. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of October. The red wine matures in large oak barrels to achieve its full aromatic diversity.

In the glass, it is a very dark ruby colour. Prunes, green pepper, the sweet aroma of croissant crust and herbal notes are noticeable on the nose. On the palate, it is very soft and full-bodied. A very pleasant mouthfeel spreads across the palate. This combines wonderfully with ripe fruitiness, vanilla and the spicy note of green pepper, which continues in the long, pleasant finish of Vinakoper's Shiraz.
