Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Carefully and traditionally made according to the classic method, we can enjoy a very excellent Brut from the Pleterje Monastery. Cellar master Joze Simoncic once again demonstrated all his skills with this sparkling wine.

The sparkling wine from Slovenia shows a stimulating perlage in the glass. Aromas of ripe fruit such as quinces, apples and pears and light floral notes. In the mouth wonderfully dry, fresh, with a piquant finish and beautiful minerality. A sparkling wine that could hardly be more pleasant.
