Il Farneto Frisant Bianco 2023 Organic

Organic frizzante made from the regional Italian grape variety Spergola and the internationally renowned Sauvignon – a combination that is simply fun to drink. After being harvested by hand, the Il Farneto Frisant Bianco grapes from Italy are cold macerated, gently pressed and fermented in cement tanks. In spring, the must from the same harvest is added for the second fermentation before the Frisant is bottled and fermented spontaneously in the bottle.

In the glass, it has a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and yeast in suspension, as we know from Pet-Nat. On the nose, there are notes of bread crust, citrus fruits and yellow flowers. On the palate, it is lively and juicy with notes of lime and orange. The finish is fresh, mineral and very stimulating.
