The Dolianova Prendas Vermentino di Sardegna from Cantine di Dolianova comes from vineyards that are located around the winery in southern Sardinia. The soils around Cagliari are strongly characterized by clay and limestone. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the white wine matures on the fine lees for around 6 weeks. The Prendas Vermentino captivates with aromas of quince, apple, grapefruit, gooseberries, mango, almonds, lemon balm and white flowers. On the palate full, juicy, delicately fruity, elegant, rich in finesse, fine melting, salty nuances, delicate spice and a long finish. A beautiful Vermentino from Sardinia.
