Fine acidity, fresh and tangy! The Cvicek is unique in the world and represents the Slovenian Dolensjka region like no other wine. Klet Krsko is known for its fruity, invigorating Cvicek.Cvicek is often referred to as a “Slovenian oddball” because it is one of the few wines in the world made from red and white grape varieties.
The Cvicek from Klet Krsko has a bright light red color and is characterized by fresh fruit aromas, especially sour cherry and currant, with an invigorating, fresh taste. In moderate quantities it is even recommended by some doctors in Slovenia as it contains more acid and is one of the diet wines with a low alcohol content (8.5 to 10%). According to the belief of the residents of the Dolenjska region in Slovenia, the toast “Na zdravje” (“To your health”) at Cviček is more than appropriate!
The Cvicek is an all-rounder and is suitable for almost every occasion. But it should not be missing, especially with hearty dishes and a nice snack.
