Cabernet Sauvignon: depth and elegance

The Cabernet Sauvignon variety is characterised by the strength and body that it develops on the soils of the Movia winery in the Goriska Brda region. The grapes for this excellent natural wine are harvested late and by hand. Fermentation takes place on the wine's own yeasts. After a long maceration of 3-4 weeks until the natural clarification of the wine, it matures for 2 years in barrique barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur, where it matures for another 6 months before being sold.

Although the Cabernet Sauvignon is so full-bodied, it shows great elegance. This natural wine also has a stronger, richer aroma than comparable red wines. It combines the fruitiness and famous notes of blackcurrants with notes of cherries, blueberries, mocha, undergrowth and tobacco, as we love them in the best red wines. Many Cabernet Sauvignons come across mainly because of the strength of the variety. This one shows us its depth and delicacy. The velvety texture and soft fullness in the mouth are also impressive. An experience for all the senses.

The finish is long and intense. This natural Cabernet Sauvignon is already wonderful to enjoy, but it also has a very good shelf life.
