Ales Kristancic with a brilliant Malvasia

The young, dynamic Turno line from the Movia winery is very popular with our wine customers. The wines are fresh, intense and youthful. This is also true of the latest creation from Movia: Turno Malval (Turno Belo).

After maceration, the Malvasia matures for 8 months in barriques and for another 3-4 months in the bottle. Typically Movia, no addition of sulfur and no filtration. The wine retains all its naturalness.

Turno Malval has a deep golden colour. The bouquet is varied and complex, with notes of white peach, lemon zest, ripe apples, dried flowers and almonds. It is very engaging and extremely pleasant.

On the palate, it is dry and elegant, with a beautiful oily texture. The character on the palate is more intense and even more varied than the aroma suggests. It has a convincing persistence and lingers for a long time.
