Vinakoper Capris Cuvée

A fantastic aperitif – fruity and fresh

Vinakoper Capris Cuvée sparkling wine is made from the white wine varieties Malvasia, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August and pressed using the Charmat method.

The sparkling wine is clear in the glass with a golden yellow colour and green nuances. The high proportion of Malvasia gives the sparkling wine a very special freshness and brings out its full aromatic potential. On the nose, there is a great fruitiness, light floral notes, characterised by acacia blossoms, tropical fruits and green apples.

On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and full of character. The slightly sweet finish rounds off the pleasure.

An excellent aperitif and companion for parties and celebrations!
