The soils and climate of the Slovenian wine region suit it perfectly, resulting in wonderful Rebula wines in all price ranges. The Quercus rebula from the Klet Brda wine cooperative is no exception. A fruity, soft, fresh Rebula, harvested exclusively by hand and aged 100% in steel tanks.

Clear golden yellow with green reflections in the glass, typical of the variety. In the nose the scent of lemon, green apple, cedar, grapefruit, nicely rounded off by delicate notes of acacia. Clear, fresh in the mouth, with a nice salty mineral note that gives the white wine structure and body. Subtle acidity that contributes to the freshness but does not dominate. Still clear on the finish, medium length.

Quercus rebula shows us exactly why the variety is so popular beyond the borders of Goriska Brda. A wonderful white wine from Slovenia.
