The vineyards for the Gavi del Comune di Gavi are picturesquely situated in Rovereto di Gavi, in the heart of the Gavi DOCG. It is made from 100% of the regional grape variety Cortese. The Monchiero Carbone winery has always placed great emphasis on the production of high-quality white wines.

Maturing in steel tanks brings out the best in the Cortese and makes it a pleasure to drink. In the glass a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, beautiful, persistent floral notes of white flowers, lilies accompanied by almond and citrus notes of grapefruit. On the palate, it is very soft, elegant and fresh. Rounded off by a pleasant acidity. Very well balanced.

Whether as an aperitif, as a food companion or simply to round off a beautiful evening. The Gavi from Monchiero Carbone is a delight on many occasions.
