Il Farneto Giandon Rosato 2023 Organic Wine

The organic winery Il Farneto produces excellent natural and orange wines from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy on 10 hectares. The Giardon Rosato is made from the regional grape varieties Lambrusco, Marzemino and Spergola. The hand-picked grapes are fermented on the skins in cement tanks for three days before the wine is left to mature for six months.

This Italian organic rosé is light ruby red in colour with violet reflections. The aroma is intensely fruity, with notes of red currants, cherries and blackberries and a pleasant acidity. Very juicy, fresh and fruity on the palate, the berry aromas linger and are complemented by slightly spicy aromas.

A superb natural Rosato wine – the perfect wine for a summer barbecue.
