Merlot is a traditional grape variety that is popular around the world and has been cultivated for decades by the Kristancic family of winemakers at the Movia winery. The special. It is macerated until the end, until the last gram of sugar has fermented. The natural wine Merlot then matures for a long time in new oak barrels. This rounds off the sharper edges of the wine caused by the long maceration and the fresh wood of the barrels. The wine becomes smooth, gentle, but retains the pure power of Merlot.

The natural wine is left on the lees without racking. The result is a Merlot that is no longer reminiscent of its classic fresh fruit aroma, but has a jammy nuance, an aroma that is reminiscent of dried fruit.
