The grapes for the Anzenas Cannonau di Sardegna come from vines that grow around the winery in southern Sardinia. The soils around Cagliari are characterized by clay and limestone. After the classic must fermentation, the wine matures in concrete tanks, which gives it a wonderful fruit and structure. The Anzenas Cannonau di Sardegna shows a fruity nose with aromas of cherries, raspberries, plums, earthy notes, pepper, thyme and violets. A real Cannonau!
