Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, the Sipon from the Dveri-Pax winery

In the glass we see a soft lemon yellow combined with an oily, dense texture. Intense aromas of white flowers, honey, acacia, lemon and grapefruit on the nose. The oak is also present, but not too strong. Buttery and very dry in the mouth. A nice, full combination. The finish lasts a long time.

It has very good storage potential.

The Sipon Iiovci shows why the white wine variety Furmint is so popular in Slovenia and why it is becoming more and more popular in this country too.
