Castelfeder Lagrein Rosato Alto Adige DOC 2023

Our first rosé in our range, made from the popular South Tyrolean grape variety Lagrein. The grapes for this Italian rosé wine are gently destemmed and slowly pressed. This brief contact with the skins is enough to give the rosé its bright salmon pink colour. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks.

On the nose, fruity berry notes and light floral tones emerge. Very stimulating. On the palate, it shows its juiciness, good minerality and the very good acidity structure that is typical of Lagrein. This makes it wonderfully fresh and sparkling, but also very elegant and delicately fruity in flavour.

A wonderful Lagrein Rosato from South Tyrol that we can absolutely recommend as an aperitif, as well as with a variety of antipasti and light, warm dishes.
