This organic olive oil is produced exclusively in Veneto, in the area of the Falezze di Luca Anselmi winery, from 100% Grignano olives, a native, cold-resistant variety with a very low yield.

It is a unique Italian olive oil of the highest quality. From the hand-picking of the olives to the mechanical pressing, the utmost care is taken throughout the entire production process.

The colour is intense golden yellow. The aroma of this organic olive oil is also intense, with elegant aromatic notes, especially lemon balm, but also sage, wild fennel, walnut leaves and dry hay.

Very smooth on the palate, with an immediate subtle spiciness and a hint of citrus fruit. Falezze olive oil from Veneto is a pure delight.
