Full-bodied, mature Sauvignon from the best locations of the winery
Just awarded a fantastic silver medal and 92 points in the Decanter World Wine Awards.
The Vajgen vineyard is one of the best locations in Dveri-Pax. After the grapes have been handpicked and fermented on the fine lees, the Sauvignon Blanc matures for 18 months in new and used barrique barrels. This gives it an unmistakable intensity and fullness.
Its aroma is typically Sauvignon fruity, fresh, but also calm and mature. The classic floral notes of a Sauvignon are represented in the background. In the foreground we find notes of flowers and honey, but also a touch of oak. A combination that increases the anticipation of the first sip of the white wine. It is dry in the mouth, with pleasant acids and a strong body. The wine tastes warm, intense and uncompromising in the mouth. A masculine, rich Sauvignon, with a nice freshness and the liveliness of the great 2017 vintage. It wins over time in the glass, so you should approach it slowly.
