This wine has just been awarded a bronze medal and 87 points in the Decanter World Wine Awards.

Rumeni Muskat, as the yellow Muscat is known in Slovenia, is a highly aromatic white wine variety. Often vinified as a sweet or semi-sweet wine, the Dveri-Pax winery in the Slovenian part of Styria produces this excellent dry version.

The bouquet of the Muskateller is pronounced, typically a Muscat grape as we love it. A full fruit, pleasant spice and freshness. In the glass a bright yellow with green highlights. On the palate, the white wine shows a fine acidity, which gives it a lot of freshness and youthfulness. A truly lively, animating Muskateller from Slovenia.

Danilo Flakus, the cellar master, has created a very clearly structured, expressive wine full of character. Chapeau!
