Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Carefully and traditionally made using the classic method, we can enjoy a truly excellent brut from the Pleterje Monastery. With this sparkling wine, cellar master Joze Simoncic has once again demonstrated his considerable skill.

This sparkling wine from Slovenia displays an enticing perlage in the glass. Aromas of ripe fruits such as quince, apples and pears, with light floral notes. Wonderfully dry and fresh on the palate, with a zesty finish and lovely minerality. This is a sparkling wine that could hardly be more pleasant.
