Pinot Noir natural wine of the absolute highest quality

The Burja Zorz from Primoz Lavrencic is an exceptional single vineyard Pinot Noir natural wine. Only the best grapes from the Zadomajc vineyard are used for the wine and, as with all of the winery's wines, they are harvested by hand. The vines are 20 years old. The red wine is fermented spontaneously and matured in 1000 litre barrels made of Slavonic oak. It is bottled unfiltered.

In the glass, it is a bright, ruby red, not too dark. Typically Pinot Noir. On the nose, ripe cherries, strawberries, plum compote combined with earthy notes, leather and fine vanilla. Red berries continue in the mouth. Great minerality, very juicy. Its noticeable tannins give it an excellent structure and presence. Rounded off by a long finish.
