A fantastic natural wine Muscat

The dry Muscat of Matija Zerjav, simply called Matic, has a rich golden color in the glass and - classic natural wine - is unfiltered. As is usual for a great orange wine, the white wine had contact with the skin of the grapes for 12 days before it was aged in steel tanks. This is how it gets its intense color and aroma.
On the nose it is immediately clear that this is a yellow Muscat. Aromatic notes of honeysuckle and tropical fruits are in the foreground and leave you wanting more. Completely dry on the palate with citrus and apple aromas and a slightly floral tingle on the tongue. Light tannin and peach notes round off this natural wine beauty. Matic himself says his Yellow Muscat is pure sunshine from the bottle. We can only agree with this
