Itrana olives are used to produce this top-quality olive oil, which was again awarded first place at this year's Feinschmecker Olio Awards!

The olives, the native olive oil from Koper in Slovenian Istria, are harvested exclusively by hand at an early stage and then gently pressed in a purely mechanical process. All Vanja Dujc oils are produced according to organic guidelines.

With only around 1200 olive trees on 4 hectares, Vanja Dujc focuses purely on producing the best oils in small quantities that sell out almost immediately every year.

Intense grassy and tomato aromas, artichokes, Mediterranean herbs, fruity notes of kiwi and rocket. With perfect bitter aromas that indicate the high proportion of healthy polyphenols and antioxidants.
