Pinot Noir of a special class from Slovenia

The Pinot Noir from Dveri-Pax matured in partly new small wooden barrels for 24 months. The result is a very round and intense red wine that is perfect for combining with red meat or roasts.

Soft, garnet-red color in the glass. Aromas of juicy red berries, especially strawberries, but also cherries. Wonderfully in harmony with the spicier and smokier notes of undergrowth and forest. The longer the enjoyment lasts, the more complex its structure is. Dry and fresh in the mouth, as we know it from special Pinot Noir from the best locations. This fruit and freshness with simultaneous ripeness is an extraordinarily beautiful combination.
