Edi Simcic's Kolos is what we like to call "aroma miracles". It is not stingy with its charms and is almost wasteful with the variety of flavors. A truly great Bordeaux blend. The red wine blend from Goriska Brda in Slovenia is made up of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Around 48 months of aging in barriques contribute to this great red.

In the fragrance aromas of cherries, cassis, blackberries and rose hips, followed by cedar, tobacco, mocha, smoke and vanilla. Chocolate and herbal notes. Every sniff brings something new and increases the anticipation on the palate. Here it is multi-layered, with spicy fruit and muscular elegance (entirely devoted to its name) and determined by a perfect tannin structure. It lasts a long time. Endlessly long.
