The Ugone III Vermentino di Gallura Superiore from the traditional winery Cantina della Vernaccia has a brilliant straw yellow color with green reflections in the glass. On the nose we perceive fruity and floral aromas. The focus is on citrus notes, green apples and stone fruit. The aging in steel tanks contributes to the fruitiness of the Sardinian white wine and creates a perfect balance with the spiciness of the Vermentino. On the palate, the wine from Sardinia is dry, fresh with aromas of Sardinian wild herbs and floral accents. A very pleasant mineral feeling in the mouth and a wonderfully long finish.
