In the glass, the Rosato from Sardinia already shines at us in an inviting strawberry red. It was classically matured in a steel tank. Fruity berry notes and cherry are immediately apparent on the nose, but also a hint of grapefruit. Its freshness is immediately apparent. Very round in the mouth with pleasant acidity. It remains consistent, but not too intense. Very stimulating.

The Niederra SEU Valle del Tirso Rosato IGT 2023 is suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to various starters. A true all-rounder.
