The Single Vinyard line is the premium line of the Edi Simcic winery. As the name suggests, the vines grow together in the best location. The Sauvignon vines have a northern location in the Fojana location with a denser soil structure, bricks mixed with clay. Perfect for Sauvignon, a slightly cooler vineyard due to the influence of the north winds. Plenty of water, never stressed during drought periods.

In the nose, fruity aromas of gooseberries, combined with exotic notes of mango, kiwi and white peach. In addition, the scent of freshly mown grass. Very well structured on the palate, pleasant tannins, smoke aromas and an engaging volume. The salty minerality creates an excellent, harmonious balance.
