Bregar Cabernet Franc 2018

Deep, round Cabernet Franc from Goriska Brda

The Bregar Cabernet Franc has a deep, ruby red color in the glass. The typical spice of black pepper goes perfectly with the intense aroma of blackberries, red currants and wild berries. The taste is very fruity, with a combination of soft but ripe tannins. The grapes were harvested by hand when fully ripe. It matured partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrique barrels, which gives it this pleasant interplay of fruit, ripe tannins and softness.

In the mouth it is powerful, with a full structure and a long finish. A beautiful, round Cabernet Franc that is excellent as an accompaniment to game dishes, but also to roast pork or beef. Try it!
