A Vermentino as fresh as it is typical

This Vermentino from Sardinia was aged in steel tanks, which beautifully brings out the herbal notes typical of Vermentino in combination with delicate fruit notes. In the glass, it is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, summer fruits such as apple and quince are noticeable, but exotic bitter notes of grapefruit are also present and combine with the floral elements to create a very harmonious and fresh overall impression. On the palate, it is silky, fresh, with the familiar slight bitterness of Vermentino and a slightly salty note of the sea.
