Full-bodied, elegant Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc from the Dveri-Pax winery in Slovenian Styria is gently harvested by hand and initially matured on the fine lees for six months before undergoing further maturation in stainless steel tanks for a further 18 months. The result is a very harmonious Sauvignon, full of fruit and minerality.

In the glass, this white wine from Slovenia displays a beautiful lemon colour. It has a subtle bouquet with delicate aromas of gooseberries and juicy yellow fruits. Dry on the palate, medium-bodied with high but ripe acidity. Lively and youthful with an intense character. The aromas reach their peak in the mouth.

A perfect, elegant Sauvignon from Slovenia.
