The Dolianova Prendas Vermentino di Sardegna from the Cantine di Dolianova comes from vineyards located around the winery in southern Sardinia. The soils around Cagliari are characterised by clay and limestone. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the white wine matures on the fine yeast for around six weeks. The Prendas Vermentino impresses with aromas of quince, apple, grapefruit, gooseberry, mango, almonds, lemon balm and white flowers. On the palate, it is full-bodied, juicy, delicately fruity, elegant, full of finesse, with a salty touch, delicate spice and a long finish. A wonderful Vermentino from Sardinia.
