New in the range this year: the Rebula Selekcija from the Batic winery in the Vipava Valley in Slovenia. Only the best Rebula grapes are used to make this orange wine-style white wine. 11 months of maturation in barriques makes this Rebula an exceptional orange wine. The Rebula is perfectly suited for vinification as an orange wine due to its aromatic power. Its varietal notes of grapefruit, acacia blossom and lime are wonderfully intensified by the skin contact and the maturation period. The tannins pleasantly remain in the background and perfectly complement the freshness and fruitiness of the Rebula. This Rebula in particular has a long-lasting finish, dominated by the unique notes of cedar wood.
