The grapes for Il Farneto's organic Giandon Bianco are harvested by hand, macerated for 4-5 days, destemmed and then aged for 6 months in cement tanks. The white grape variety Malvasia di Candia Aromatica is mainly found in the Italian wine region of Emilia-Romagna. It is known for its light nutmeg notes.

In the glass, this natural wine from Italy shines orange with bright copper reflections. On the nose, there are notes of candied fruit, mango, yellow peach, apricot and a floral finish of chamomile. On the palate, it is dry, elegant and enveloping with an intense minerality and pleasant aromatics.

A wonderful, very aromatic orange wine made from the rare Mavasia di Candia Aromatica grape variety.
