Tasi Ka Bloom Rosé N.V. is a fantastic organic rosé wine made from the traditional Valpolicella grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, which we otherwise know from the region's world-famous red wines such as Amarone and Valpolicella Ripasso. Kabloom is named after the blaze of colour in spring after the bees have done their work.
After the grapes are harvested by hand, they undergo a half-day maceration on the skins, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks to bring out the fruity freshness of this Italian rosé.

In the glass, it is a bright salmon pink. On the nose, there are light floral notes, beautifully combined with berry aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries. A hint of grapefruit. On the palate, it is stimulating, fresh, dry and wonderfully soft.

Tasi Ka Bloom Rosé N.V. Organic Wine is a playful rosé, full of lightness and fruit. The 1 litre bottle is an excellent value.
