Uncomplicated, fresh, smooth and lively with a delicate acidity. That is the unique Cviček. It represents the Dolenjska region in Slovenia like no other wine.

It is often referred to as the ‘Slovenian oddball’ because it is one of the few wines in the world that is made from red and white grape varieties. Alongside Tuscan Chianti, Cviček is the only wine in the world with a legally protected composition.

It has a light red colour and is characterised by fresh fruit aromas and a delicate, fresh taste. With a maximum alcohol content of only 8.5-10% and a lively acidity, it is a great light wine for many occasions. According to the inhabitants of the Dolenjska region in Slovenia, the toast ‘Na zdravje’ (English: ‘To your health’) is more than appropriate when drinking Cviček!

Cviček is suitable for almost any occasion. Bring it along to a barbecue in the park or a hearty snack on a trip to the countryside.

It is not a white wine, it is not a rosé wine, it is not a red wine.

It is simply a Cviček.
