New to our range: olive oils from Gregor Lisjak in Slovenian Istria. The Selekcija Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from carefully selected Leccino and Frantoio olives. These produce a very pleasantly mild olive oil. It is pressed at the Lisjak family’s own oil mill in Krkavce.

On the nose, this Slovenian olive oil is slightly fruity with notes of almonds and grass. The flavour is very harmonious. The fruity sweetness blends perfectly with the bitterness and piquancy.

An excellent olive oil that is ideal for use with salads, vegetables, pizza, bread, pasta and poultry.
