With his winery in Stajerska Slovenija, Matic Zerjav, known as Matic, is one of a new generation of winemakers who, out of pure conviction, produce wines using biodynamic and organic farming methods. Excellent natural wines, amphora wines and our favorite Pet Nat are produced on 8 hectares.
