The grapes for Tasi Valpop Rosso grow in the picturesque surroundings of Val d'Illasi, near Verona in Italy. A fertile wine region characterised by volcanic soils. The Corvina grape variety is a very old variety from the Veneto region and, although it is often part of masterful cuvées such as Amarone or other classic Valpolicella wines, the indigenous variety itself is little known. The grapes are harvested by hand before fermentation and maturation of this Italian organic red wine begin in steel tanks.

In the glass, Valpop Rosso is bright ruby red. The nose reveals cherries and berry notes, as well as a slightly nutty note. Juicy on the palate, with crisp acidity, perfect sour cherry and slightly mineral. Very stimulating and refreshing.
