Il Farneto Giandon Rosso 2023 Organic Wine

The Giandon Rosso from the organic winery Il Farneto in Emilia-Romagna combines the indigenous red grape varieties Marzemino, Malbo Gentile and Lambrusco. The hand-picked grapes ferment on the skins for 4-5 days in cement and steel tanks. Each grape variety is vinified separately and blended together in the spring. The result is a wonderfully balanced natural wine that is bottled unfiltered.

In the glass, it has a ruby red colour with slight violet nuances. The nose reveals an intense, fruity bouquet of blackberries, plums and raspberries with a slightly spicy finish. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, with light tannins, medium-bodied and very pleasant to drink.

A very harmonious natural red wine from Italy that perfectly combines fruit, spice and freshness.
