Il Farneto Frisant Rosso Organic

Organic Frizzante Rosso from Il Farneto in Italy. After gentle harvesting by hand, the Lambrusco grapes are macerated for 3-4 days, then gently pressed and fermented in cement tanks. In spring, the must from the same harvest is added, bottled and fermented in the bottle. The result is a wonderfully intense and fruity Frizzante Rosso.

Intense ruby red colour, unfiltered in the glass. Typical for a Pet-Nat. The nose is fruity, with sweet cherry accompanied by raspberry and a red rose that has not yet fully bloomed. On the palate, it is beautifully dry, juicy, crisp and fresh with finely balanced tannins.

Il Farneto Frisant Rosso combines the advantages of the Lambrusco grape and the naturalness of a Pet-Nat to create a perfect frizzante!
