Gregor Lisjak

Gregor Lisjak is one of Slovenia’s olive oil pioneers. The Lisjak family began producing olive oil as early as 1992. All the olive oils are grown on the sun-drenched hills of Krkavce in Slovenian Istria and gently cold-pressed in the family’s own oil mill. Gregor Lisjak’s olive oils embody the land, family and timeless dedication.
