The white grape variety Fiano is a very old Italian grape variety with a distinctive aroma. The Torrevento winery has always attached great importance to pressing traditional, regional southern Italian grape varieties. The Fili d'Erba Fiano Puglia IGT organic wine is aged entirely in stainless steel, which gives it its freshness and wonderful minerality.

In the glass, it is a bright pale yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals fruity citrus notes and floral aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral and pleasantly soft.

The organic Fiano from Torrevento in Italy impresses not only with its great aromas, but also with its versatility. Whether as an aperitif, with antipasti, fish or pasta, it can accompany an entire meal.
