Pleterski Gin - London Dry Gin

Traditional London Dry Gin from the Pleterje Charterhouse

Pleterski Gin is a classic London Dry Gin. In terms of production, this means that the botanicals may only consist of plant-based ingredients and the gin must be triple distilled using the pot still method. The pot still is a round to bell-shaped copper kettle in which the distillation takes place. Only then can a gin be called ‘London Dry Gin’.

The botanicals in Pleterski Gin include juniper and a traditional blend of plants, herbs, fruits, nuts, spices and roots from the monastery garden.

A classic London Dry Gin, perfectly velvety, with a wonderful juniper note, accompanied by fruity aromas and a great spiciness. This Slovenian gin has a long finish, dry and clear.
