White natural wine cuvée from Slovenian Styria

The soil of the Haloze wine-growing region consists mainly of calcareous clay marl, so-called Opok. It gives the wines a strong structure without making them look too lush. Haloze Blanc grows 100% on terraces.

Chalky and smoky on the nose, some pomaceous fruit and green aromas. citrus and herbal tea. On the palate a restrained primary fruit with a lot of pressure. Slightly salty. Pleasant acidity, which allows the wine to shine as a soloist or as an accompaniment to food. Tight in the aftertaste. Very animating.
