The soil of the Haloze wine-growing region consists mainly of calcareous clay marl, so-called Opok.It gives the wines a strong structure without making them look too lush.Haloze Blanc grows 100% on terraces.
Chalky and smoky on the nose, some pomaceous fruit and green aromas.citrus and herbal tea.On the palate a restrained primary fruit with a lot of pressure.Slightly salty.Pleasant acidity, which allows the wine to shine as a soloist or as an accompaniment to food.Tight in the aftertaste.Very animating.
