Sauvignon Blanc, natural wine from Slovenia
The south-facing parcel "Colles" is the vineyard with the steepest terraces of the Vino Gross winery. Due to the low topsoil, the vines root almost directly on the Opok. In order to put down solid roots in the hard subsoil, they planted the Sauvignon Blanc vines in holes about 50 cm deep, which they hollowed out with augers and filled with nutrient-rich organic humus.
Brilliant light yellow with green reflection. Prelude of kiwi & cold smoke. With a little time, nectarines and white currants in the glass. Very complex. The wine literally plays with its finesse & changes in taste
the aroma colors yellow and green. Substantial, highly elegant structure in the mouth. A touch of extract sweetness. Drinking acidity with a juicy aftertaste.
